Accounts tab

Accounts: you can view informations about your messaging account and the different external accounts if you have added them. You can add an external account here. Primary Account Settings: First, you can customize your account name. Then, you can change the name that will appear for your correspondents when you send an email. Finally you can choose to delegate your email account to another user, it’s means, allow someone to send and receive mails via your email account.

Displaying Messages

You can change: the time interval of the inbox update, the display of the mail (in simple text or in html where you have all the options), the preview details of the mail, display mail images, mark mails as “read” automatically or not, the selection of the following mail after moving or deleting, and the default mail forlder search. By default it’s the inbox.
Receiving messages

This part is used to configure the different actions when receiving an email: forward it to another e-mail address, send a notification, configure action during a request for a read receipt, the configuration of e-mails originally sent by yourself and the suppression of duplicate messages.
Composing messages

In this part you can choose the default format to composing your mails (in text or in html with all the options), the font, the size and the color of the characters. You can also set up automatic actions (saving emails in drafts, sent etc., spellcheck etc.), condition for the email reply (include the original email or not) and choose the prefix.
Spam mail option and access from other mail clients

In the part “spam mail option” you can block unwanted mails via their address. Enter the email address you want to block and click add. In the “access from other mail clients” section, you can download mails from a POP account.
Secure email tab

In this part you can define the default security settings of your mails. Sign them or not, encrypt them, and use an additional security certificate that you will download in. advance
