You can easily archive important messages you don’t want to lose, and sort them to save time and efficiency. Either: select the mail you want (turn on blue) and click on the “Archive” button. Or: To sort it into a folder: click on the folder icon then on an existing folder or on “new folder” to create a custom folder.

Once you click on “new folder”, a window opens. Simply enter the folder name (example: client) and choose a color (example: purple). Then click on “ok”.

You’ll find your new folder in the list on the left under “inbox” and your mail inside. As well as a little notification that the mail has succesfully been moved. If you made a mistake, click cancel. To view the mail in a folder, simply click on it. Here: the purple “client” folder has been created and the mail has been moved to this one.
Spams:
Anti-spam is a tool that automatically filters incoming mails as spam or not spam depending on the content detected.
But it is also a tool you can train. Sometimes the tool can make a mistake and detected an email as spam while it is legitimate, and conversely, let a spam email go to your inbox. It’s there that you intervene :
If an unwanted email is left in your inboxun:

Select it. Then click on “SPAM” at the top or right click on the email and select “Mark as Spam”.
The email will then go to the Spam folder named “Junk” in your menu on the left.
The anti-spam service will record that this sender email address, or this type of email is spam and will automatically filter it for next times.
If a legitimate email has been mistakenly classified as spam :

Go to the “Junk” folder in your folder list on the left.
Select the relevant email and click on “No spam” at the top or right click and click on “mark as not spam”.
The email will then return to your inbox.
The anti-spam service will then record that this sender email address, or this type of content is not spam and will automatically filter it correctly the next time.
To delete an email from the spam folder:

Open the spam folder named “Junk”, select a mail and click “delete” to delete them one by one (this allows you to check them),
OR, right click on the spam folder and click “empty junk”.
WARNING: deleting a spam or emptying the spam folder deletes all the emails contained in this folder permanently, you will not be able to recover them.
