• Presentation :

(1). Task lists and task folders (2). Toolbar (3). Change the display of tasks: show all tasks, or only the finished tasks, the tasks in progress etc. (4). Task list: when created, they will be displayed in list here.
• Create a new task :

In the tab “tasks” click on “new task”.
A new tab opens.

Press the red cross to cancel it. (1). Detail : give a subject (a name) to your task, her location, her priority (degree of importance), and define to which task list you want to attach it. By default, only one list is available, but if you create other lists, they will be displayed here. (2). Progress : indicate the progress, the start date and the due date of your task and schedule a reminder if you want. (3). Indicate here all the additional details and the description of your task. (4). Toolbar: save your task, cancel the task creation without saving, insert an attached file, print task, correct spelling, and options: simple text or html format that gives you the opportunity to customize the text.
Once saved, your task will appear in the list like this:

• Edit/delete a task :

(1) Return to the task creation page as seen in the previous point. You can edit all the details of the task and update it. (2) Delete: Delete the selected task. (3) Move the selected task to another folder or task list (4) Give a tag to your task (see the tag point of the wiki for more details) (5) Print the selected task (6) Mark the selected task as completed.

You can also access to these options by a rightclick on a task like this:
• Create a new task list :

Right Click on “Task Lists” or click on the nut (circled in red) then “new task list”.

On the next window, give your list a name, choose the color and click ok. You will find it in the task lists like this:
To edit, share or delete a task, right-click on it or click on her small drop-down arrow. The task sharing works exactly as calendar sharing. clisk on share, fill in the email of the person and the role you give him and click ok.
